Let's start this report by stating the fact that everybody knows the weather the last week was not so nice, but I got news for you - today it was very nice working weather. We arrived down in the zone with nice conditions in the dark hours of the morning, looked around not seeing much sign of fish at first. After daylight though it didn't take long before we found our first school to get the party started and by lunchtime we found the Right School of that 35 to 40lb grade BFT that turned into the all day drift. When the smoke cleared, everybody had a great day.
The forecast is good for the next couple of days so we are going to stick with what works and hope for more good luck tomorrow.
