Having excellent coverage in the lower latitudes for the past week, we decided to take the outside route in hopes of pulling a rabbit out of the hat. We had favorable weather for looking on our side and we used every ounce of positivity to keep us going throughout the day. The few kelps that we found just weren't enough to get the job done on this very long day. We did, however, scrape up a handful of fish for our efforts which got us that much closer to what we hope is tomorrow's restart button.  Today's photo is Tim Kimura, one of our long time beloved Uesugi-Kimura family group.
