Hyatt is 78 percent full and the BLM boat ramps should still be available. Unfortunately, some trollers reported problems with aquatic vegetation at Hyatt.

Fishing for largemouth bass has been surprisingly good, and the bass are in good condition. One angler had success using a Hack Attack jig for largemouth. Some black crappie and brown bullhead have also reportedly been caught.

Remember to remove all vegetation from gear, boots and boats before leaving Hyatt

Breitenbush River: Access to the upper Breitenbush River has been re-opened
Detroit Reservoir: Water elevation is dropping from ever-decreasing inflows and evaporation

Applegate Reservoir: Bass fishing should be good at Applegate throughout the summer
Emigrant Reservoir: Emigrant Lake is 40 percent full
Fish Lake : Fish Lake is 58 percent full
Howard Prairie Reservoir: Howard Prairie is 83 percent full
