Low water conditions continue, and most fish will be hiding along the dam where the water is deepest. Rainbow trout have been biting on marshmallows and Powerbait right off the bottom. Rooster Tails and other spinners work great to catch Rainbows and crappie near the surface at sunrise or sunset. A few bass have been biting worms fished on a drop shot.
