Beulah is around 30% full and the boat ramp is useable. Fishing for holdover trout has been good this year, trolling has been producing some very strong trout in the 18 inch range. Water temperatures are now in the 60s and fishing should be picking up for some really nice rainbows.

There are bull trout in the reservoir, if you catch a bull trout you must release it unharmed.
