Fishing forecast (June–August): Early summer provides great opportunities to chase tiger trout from shore or from watercraft. The damselfly hatch typically occurs in late June and is quite the spectacle. Hoppers and leeches can be effective later in the summer. After their spawn, Colorado River cutthroat trout will be feeding throughout the reservoir.
