"We had another nice day today," said skipper Andy Cate aboard the Red Rooster III July 18. "A little more wind, but that didn't seem to bother the fish. Our first stop turned into a three-hour plunker drift for 80 Bluefin. Nice steady fishing, with seven to 10 fish going all the time. Then in the afternoon we hit a couple more schools for fast action, ending the day in the afternoon with 115 Bluefin, a couple dorado and a couple of yellowtail to finish. What a great way to finish. Now we are headed home, and turn around on another 4 day tomorrow. We still have a few spots on the Charkbait 4 day so call the office if you are interested in Bluefin fishing."
