The South Umpqua River is closed under permanent rule to all fishing starting September 16. It will reopen December 1.

Crescent Lake: Anglers report good kokanee fishing
East Lake: Anglers continue to report excellent brown and rainbow trout fishing
Fall River: Fly-anglers continue to report good and consistent fishing in the Fall River
Haystack Reservoir: Anglers report good fishing for rainbow trout in the 16 to 17-inch range
