Catfish were stocked the week of September 22nd and are still being caught. Trout were stocked the week of December 5th and are tentatively scheduled for next week, the week of December 19th. Deb and Bill started fishing a 7:30 in the morning using spoons, flies, worms and power bait. It was slow for 2 hours then the fish started biting the power bait and power eggs. They caught a released 22 fish and reported that people were having a hard time landing fish. Luck never hurts! Bring a variety of baits just in case the fish aren’t biting. Try small spinners or spoons, Powerbait, night crawlers or any other bait. Bass bite has slowed.
