Lake is at 36% capacity and main boat launch open but dock is out of water. Launching watercraft other than pontoon boats and float tubes will not work. Like Davis, this lake is starting to fish well again. Ice forming around edges and shallows! Fly flingers doing best though as trout seem to prefer the midges and buggers over lures right now. Like Davis, stripping Fire Orange Wiggle Tails have been best followed by slow stripping some of Rickard’s buggers in similar colors. Fish will be off the weed beds in 5-8 feet of water and then move to slightly deeper water later in the day. Great action here and less people but fish are not as big as the bows in Davis. Campground is still open here if your planning on staying more than a day!
