Its mid August and the Sacramento River King salmon run is right on schedule.  There are noticeably more salmon in the river right now and that is setting the stage for some pretty good salmon fishing to come in the weeks ahead.  We have been working hard on the early season trips and have been hooking on average a fish per rod.  That number should tip toward anglers getting a shot at a few more salmon when we see more fish in the system.  Stay tuned for more reports soon! Thanks for checking in!
