Access to the Little Truckee River is open now. Anglers should expect a morning hatch of pale morning duns, small caddis, and blue winged olives. The hatch starts around 930 in the morning and peaks at 1130. Anglers should fish small dries size 20, small midges size 20, and any indicator nymphing is doing best in the riffles.
