Exciting news! Efforts to restore the fishery at Little Washoe Lake are underway! The Mason Valley Fish Hatchery truck visited the lake this week to stock it with 450 channel catfish from Rye Patch Reservoir. Most of these fish are about 8 inches or larger, and we expect them to grow and flourish! We are hoping to stock Little Washoe with more fish later this year and into next year.
