Fishing has been decent at Truxtun Lakes with anglers reporting catching largemouth on weightless Green Pumpkin and Watermelon Senkos, creature baits, and crankbaits. A few anglers reported that the topwater bite is heating up. Catfish anglers landed fish with chicken liver and cut sardines, and bluegill were reported by anglers fishing redworms under a bobber.
