With low water levels on the Colorado river in Laughlin Nevada and Bullhead city Arizona, and a day off for the guides, the River King crew decided that we would hit the river on one of our drift boats for Trout and Striped Bass, the river did not disappoint. With recent trout stockings in this section of the river the Striper bite has turned on and is in full gear. With low water levels in the mornings lasting until around noon there’s great fishing even on the weekends because it keeps the boats and jet skis from being able to launch until the morning bite is over.
