Reno Fly Shop staff, Aden Breckner, with this week’s On The Water Report for early January! Both the Truckee River and Pyramid Lake have fished well on the right day as multiple storms pass through the region. The Truckee has seen increased flow and turbidity but continues to produce. Pyramid Lake is firing on all cylinders with the active weather pattern and should continue to do so through the rest of January.
