Green River Below Flaming Gorge Dam (Blue Ribbon):
Flows are double peaking, ranging from a low of 995 cubic feet per second at night and midday, and a high of 2,729 CFS in the morning and afternoon. The water temperature is 38 degrees near the dam. Fishing access is good and angler pressure has been low. Catch rates continue to be decent, especially for anglers casting streamers during high flows. Nymph fishing can also be successful this time of year, especially during flow increases
