At Stampede Reservoir, the boat ramp is open and free of snow. Plenty of parking is now available as well. Anglers looking for Kokanee at Stampede should expect the bite to change daily. Some days the bite is hot and some days it's cold. Most of the kokanee at Stampede can be found in the shallower 20 foot water-column right now. For both boat and shore anglers, moving around and covering ground is the best way to target the “keeper” fish. Stampede Reservoir is at 95% capacity.
