The Metolius has been fishing well. Nymphing has been good with leeches, small stones, caddis pupas, two-bits and micro-mays. Your dry box should definitely have some caddis, PMDs, small stones, and green drakes for sure. As always swinging around a large streamer is a good way to try and fool some bulls. The waters above Allingham Bridge opened up wednesday so the entire river is now open for the year.
