Tuesday Updates
- The San Diego reported in with an early update from their Full Day Coronado Islands trip. They have 12 yellowtail on the boat, with fish in the 20 to 30 pound range. They are mainly being caught on flylined baits. The San Diego is a definite run for their trip tomorrow!
Tuesday Returning Trips
- The Polaris Supreme returned from their Three Day trip with 77 yellowfin tuna, with fish up to 80 pounds.
- The Tribute 1.5 Day trip finished with 56 (limits) bluefin tuna. They had fish up to 60 pounds.
- The Cortez 1.5 Day trip finished with 7 bluefin tuna and 50 rockfish.
Monday Recap
The Tribute checked in with us earlier from their 1.5 Day trip with limits of Bluefin weighing up to 60 pounds. Captain Mike reported that 30-40# flyline rigs and 50-60# sinker rig setups were the key to getting a bite. The Tribute is a definite run for their 1.5 Day trip departing on Wednesday and there are still plenty of openings!
The New Seaforth bagged another limit of rockfish this morning with 260 assorted rockfish for their 26 AM Half Day anglers. The PM ended the day with 225 assorted rockfish for their 33 anglers.
The San Diego ended their Full Day Coronado Islands trip with 22 Yellowtail for their 16 anglers.
