The Nestucca River (up to First Bridge), and the Little Nestucca River (up to the USFS bridge at Dolph) should have fall Chinook througout the fisheries. Both are high as of this writing. The Nestucca is predicted to stay over 7 feet through the weekend. The little river drops quicker and may be fishable this weekend. The daily adult wild Chinook salmon bag limit is one fish in aggregate. No more than five adult wild Chinook salmon may be retained for the period in aggregate. The wild coho fishery CLOSED on Oct. 23. NO retention of wild coho is allowed for the remainder of the year in the Nestucca basin.

Cutthroat trout fishing closed in the North Coast rivers and streams on Nov. 1.
