The fishing at the Owens River Gorge can be good at times and fair at other times

Water Conditions: The fishing conditions are very good at the Owens River Gorge and the flows are at 40cfs as of 8/1.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: The fishing is OK at the Gorge. Since summer is upon us make sure to watch ur step for those long, fanged creatures. Be sure to take plenty of bug spray.
Recommended Flies:
DRIES: parachute adams, sierra brite dot, elk hair caddis, yellow sally, extended body bwo, cdc baetis dun, parachute caddis, stimulator
NYMPHS: sulphur may, copper johns, prince nymphs, hares ear, birds nest, ap emerger, wd40, variety of midges
STREAMERS: Matuka, Goat Leech, Crystal Bugger, hornbergs

East Walker River (CA): The inconsistent flows definitely affects the fishing on the East Walker River
