Water levels have risen and visibility is low. Cormorants have started coming to the area. The fish tend to stay near the shore and on the opposite side of the reservoir to avoid becoming the cormorants' next meal. DWR biologists recently installed new fish-habitat structures, which should improve fishing at this pond.
