Fishing has been just OK even with the huge plant by Alpine County. Bait fishermen should try the new Garlic scented Power Eggs, Garlic scented Power Bait, Salmon Egg Red Power Bait, Grape Nymph Power Bait, Salmon Peach Power Bait, Corn scented Power Bait, Mice Tails, and nightcrawlers using a sliding sinker rig. Lure fishermen should try Kastmasters, the NEW Garlic or Anise scented Panther Martins. Fly fishermen should try sparrow nymphs, wooly buggers, stone flies, and bead head nymphs. For best results try using a sinking or intermediate fly line. Trollers should try using Wedding Rings, Needlefish, Thomas Fighting Fish, Acme Phoebe, Triple Teazer, Cripplure, Berkley Atomic Teazers, behind Your favorite dodger, try the new Fast Limit Dodger by Yakima Bait. You should tip you trolling lures with either a nightcrawler, Berkley Gulp Nightcrawler, Berkley Grubs, Power Worms, and Berkley Power Wigglers. Use scent to enhance your trolling experience.
