Angler Daniel Leboeuf checked in from San Diego, CA. Daniel said, “Well I lost the vote to go offshore or stay local for yellows. No yellows yet but managed this bad boy 38 inches still looking.”

Daniel later updated SDFR to let everyone know that the caught this beauty on a dropper loop with a 12 inch mackerel. The fish was caught off of La Jolla in 25 to 30 fathoms of water.
