A new fishing pier is under construction in the Boulder Creek Recreation Area. This pier serves as excellent structure for sunfish.
Rainbow trout have been stocked, and most anglers are having success throwing trout imitations for monster bass.
As November progresses, look for a better daytime fishing vs. night fishing. Your best bet is to try jerkbaits, spinner baits and chatterbaits as they could produce the biggest fish. If you get tired of slinging and winding baits, tie on a dropshot as this can still putting some decent fish in the boat.
Also, first thing in the morning, anglers can spot shad boils and throw jerk baits and small swim baits.
Lake level is 1,654 feet (95-percent full.)
