"Today at Cedros was scratch fishing," wrote Cpt. Pat for the Shogun. "We sacrificed quantity for quality. A beautiful grade of yellowtail, from 25 to 35 pounds hit the Shogun decks. The day started out windy but gradually calmed to another gorgeous day. Right now its after 9 pm, light breezes are warm, t-shirt weather. The seas are so calm that at anchor it feels like were back at the dock. We managed to put some mackerel in the tanks and who knows, tomorrow we might bust loose on those big yellows!"

Shogun will dock at Fisherman's Landing April 20, during the Day at the Docks celebration of Sportfishing in San Diego.
