Flows will drop next week for Penstock Inspection of Stampede!   The preliminary schedule for the Penstock inspection at Stampede Power Plant is as follows:   Sept. 8 p.m. - Stampede flows down to 100 cfs Sept. 24-26 - ramp down flows to minimum flows (or as determined by water master) Sept. 26 a.m. - Flows at minimum to allow for dewatering of units and penstock Sept. 26 p.m. - Turbine, spiral case, and draft tube inspections Sept. 27 all day - Penstock Inspection Sept. 28 a.m. - Re-water penstock start ramping up to required flows Sept. 28-29 - Ramp to required flows per Water Master   **Re-watering of Penstock may start on Sept. 27 of time allows after inspection is complete.
