Our local angler Dennis Baldwin and fishing buddy Jasper were fishing in the Topock Marsh where Dennis was able to land 3 channel cats.  He was fishing from his boat using chicken livers.  Also fishing the marsh Dayton Grant and he landed a catfish weighing in at 3.66 pounds and 21 inches.  Dayton was fishing for large mouth bass using a white spinner bait and was surprised with a nice channel cat.  A update on the rainbow trout plant we have 2 stockings and we will be getting our next stocking in October from the willow beach hatchery.
