Bartlett has been a lot of fun — the numbers are good and the fish seemed to be easy to catch.

The deep impact series from Livingston Lures is my favorite this time of year. Make sure you have a top-water tied on 1st thing in the morning and look for those fish chasing bait.
Using a Carolina rig or even a jig has been the best bet for the fish that are feeding on the bottom.
