River level starting to drop, but still cold. Bigger fish have moved out of system, still plenty of fish around 12-16 inch. There has been a caddis hatch in the morning 8:00-10:00. Parachute adams been good in late afternoon 5:00-7:00. Drifting crawlers thru rapids working good as well.
