The Fall salmon season in the lower Columbia River  known as the “Buoy 10 fishery” has started off with better results than predicted. We are catching limits of Chinooks and a few Coho each day. I have been running ocean trips also with great Ocean conditions   This great fishing will continue through mid September for Coho and the Chinooks will close late August in this zone. Anchovies rigged with Trinidad anchovies heads and cut plug herring have both produced well trolled behind a in line Konezone flasher.
