Great fishing continues at Otay Lake with bass set in post spawn. The numbers are high but the size is on the smaller side. The hot ticket have been a margarita meal worm  fished on a drop shot in shallow water. The bluegill bite has been about average as they stat to bed in the shallows. Crappie is in on the decline with the unavailability of shiners.
