Captain Justin Thompson and Captain Jeff Brady checked in today from the Sacramento River and report good fishig for King salmon.  Todays trip averaged a little better than one salmon per rod for 5 anglers, which a good day for this time of the year.  Light boat pressure and helped us out a lot today.  We'll have boats on the river every day fishing for King salmon well into the fall season which will slow down by the end of October.  Saturdays opener above Red Bluff will open up miles more river for anglers and we should have a little more elbow room to work with looking ahead.  All of todays Kings were caught while drifting Pautzke Bait Co. Fire Cure Roe.  Thank you!

Capt. Jeff G.
