We had a Penn University charter hosted by Steve Carson (Sr. Tuna) we were scheduled for a offshore rockfish trip but opted to fish the coast due to a weather advisory. We finished up with full limits of rockfish, right around a fish per rod on the lings, then switched over to halibut to finish up close to 2 around on them. All said not a bad trip for the guys at Penn U. Big thanks to Penn for all of the give aways including a rod and a bunch of prizes for everyone that attended today’s trip.
