Bass bite has slowed down due to extreme heat. The best time to catch bass is now the early mornings in deeper water. Senkos and chatter baits are the go to at the moment. Bluegill are biting very well with most being caught around the boat ramp area. Tilapia are being caught frequently around the Del Dios side of the lake in deeper water off mackerel. Bow fishermen are shooting good amounts of very large carp near the narrows.
