Steelhead fishing on the Wilson has been slow to fair this season; there have been some really good days, but the past week has really dropped off. It is getting low and clear which can make fishing challenging. All that said, there are still hatchery and wild steelhead available throughout the system (catch-and-release only for the wilds). Check the low water tips in the “Rivers and streams” section of this report.
