Full Day Yellowtail and Half Day Red Rockcod Limits

The San Diego finished their Full Day trip to the Coronado Islands with 23 Yellowtail and 75 Rockfish for their 33 anglers! The Yellowtail were in the 12-20 pound range.

. Captain Ryan recommends 40-50lb line on an appropriate sized yoyo reel. Both the full size and junior size jigs are working, but the full size have the edge currently.

In local news, the New Seaforth finished up their morning Half Day with limits of Red Rockcod and 70 Rockfish for their 17 anglers.

Trips are filling quickly through this weekend, so be sure to make reservations in advance.
