Cold and wet conditions slowed fishing at Kirch this past week. Bass fishing will continue to improve as temperatures rise. Anglers have reported better fishing in the evenings. Trout fishing is good on Cold Springs using spinners and Woolly Buggers. Boaters launching at Haymeadow and Cold Springs are advised to use caution as the entry may be shallow. Weather fronts often bring windy conditions. Be prepared to change your plans.
