Striped bass are showing a preference for lures over live bait. Anglers using Glide Baits and pencil poppers are finding good action for the line sides. Catfish are waiting to take anchovies and corn fished off the bottom near the shorelines. Whether fishing from boat or shore, try getting out in early mornings or late evenings to avoid traffic on the water over the holiday weekend.
