The Bootleg Fire is on the lower Sycan and heading towards the Upper Sycan River. Fishing not recommended at this time.
Open all year. Brook trout are quite abundant as you head towards the headwaters. Fishing for redband trout should be fair near Rock Creek campground and excellent for brook trout upstream.
Fishing below the Sycan Marsh is not recommended at this time.
