Beulah Reservoir is 16 percent full and draining fast. Fishing may be good for largemouth bass but trout fishing might be tough with the low warm water. No recent reports from anglers.
There may be cyanobacteria present so avoid swimming and keep your pets out of the water if you notice blue green stains on the rocks or shoreline.
