Report: With all of the rain in the forecast this week it is a good bet Hat Creek will have some epic hatches. You may even see some October Caddis coming off closer towards Lake Britton downstream of the Hwy 299 bridge. This is a good time to skate a Stimulator. Otherwise, Rubberlegs in this section highsticked, tight lined, or dead drifted works well. Up in the flats some Callibaetis are still coming off. Bring some rain gear, your wader and a good hookset.
Hot Flies: TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, Rubberlegs, Sweet Pea Jigged Baetis, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, and Green Drakes
