Wednesday Yellowtail

  • The San Diego ended their Full Day trip with 50 Yellowtail. Flylined sardines on 25-30# fluorocarbon and a size 2 hook has been the go to setup.

  • The Pride returned from an Overnight trip with 50 (limits) Yellowtail for their 10 anglers.

  • The Voyager finished their Overnight trip with 45 (limits)Yellowtail for their 9 anglers.

Yellowfin & Bluefin Still Around

The Voyager finished their 1.5 Day trip with 60 Yellowfin and 10 Skipjack for their 12 anglers. It's a good indication the Yellowfin are still around after the weather we've been having for the past couple days. Unfortunately, with this nasty weather bearing down on us from the north we have had to cancel more of our Full Day and longer trips for the next day or so.
