The weather is off and on rainy, the Octobers are coming off along with some daily Blue Wing Olives.. This is a good time to skate a Stimulator. Look for noses poking up in the flats and target them with small Parachute Adams or your favorite Baetis emerger. The Powerhouse Riffle will begin to see some larger fish staking in, don't forget to use a Rubberlegs as this section regularly has Salmonfly larvae moving around in it.
