The lake water temperature has dropped to a chilly 58 degrees. I believe the bass have gone to the depths. If you fish 20 foot or more, use a Texas Rig plastic worm or a drop shot method with a margarita mulitator or boring dawn robo worm 4 1/2 in. or 6 in. With a very slow retrieve. Some trout are being caught in Alavarado Bay. One fishermen reported catching 4 trout on a spoon. They have also been spotted in San Carlos Bay. Some crappie and bluegill are being caught around the bait dock area. Shiners and nightcrawerls have been very productive.
