Consistent trout bite still taking place. Lake 3 and Lake 4 were stocked last week with 500 pounds each. The trout pictured above was caught on a rat tail. A good choice for bait is powerbait or salmon eggs. Garlic and Chartreuse powerbait still the most popular choices for powerbait. Kastmasters and Rooster tails are popular to use as well. A good spot to set up is Southwest corner Lake 3 and East side of Lake 4. The bass have been biting on soft plastics such as sinkos and robo worms.
