Today we kicked off day 1 of a 2 day trip with our regular group from Fresno. Always a fun time with these guys and the fish made a appearance for them. As usual, we had a late departure, we started off drifting some live bait and switched over to trolling when the winds came up. Nice steady fishing most of the morning, and things popped open when the tide slowed. Doubles and triples....The gang caught enough fish and decided to come in to head back to Vierra's for cocktails and lunch. Looking forward to day 2 with them tomorrow!
