The troll bite started off slow for us today, but we managed to catch and release a few nice females quick. After we relocated from the boat crowds, we started to put more fish into the boat, and it slowed again. I get a call from a friend nearby and he's catching fish. We arrive and as we got into the area, the fish were stacked! The spoons and live bait were instantly hooked up and it was game on until the current died and the school disappeared. As the current picked up, the fish appeared again, we caught and released until the charter had enough and called it to go in. We released some nice females to go spawn, and the fellas have plenty of fillets for a fish fry!
