Will open Friday, April 22. Fishing will be fair for small resident redband trout. Best fishing is near the town of Beatty. There is also plenty of public water along Sprague River highway. Remember regulations have changed to a bag limit of one redband trout greater that 15 inches. Flows should be ideal on opening day but water temperatures will be cold and likely below 50 degrees. Closed to fishing to protect redband trout spawners.
